I’m sure many of you are asking, “why are we featuring an agency from North Bend?” I had the privilege of meeting the director of Snoqualmie Valley Transportation (SVT), early in my tenure with SNOTRAC. I discovered this organization is a model for creating service in an area where traditional fixed-route service didn’t exist or was limited. SVT is a thriving, vital link in the Snoqualmie Valley, with routes that go from North Bend to Duvall and soon to extend into Snohomish County with service to Monroe. As a result they will be joining our Coalition as a partner!
