Vision, Mission & Goal

Snoqualmie Valley Transportation (SVT) is a project of Mt. Si Senior Center. SVT began its services in 2003 with help from Snoqualmie Indian Tribe, King County Metro Transit, and WSDOT.

Our Vision: Everyone in the Snoqualmie Valley can reach their destination using transit.

Our Mission: To be an integral part of a strategic plan for sustainable, safe, affordable and convenient transit in the Snoqualmie Valley.

Our Goal: To provide the riders of the Snoqualmie Valley with reliable, friendly, and sustainable service while being responsible stewards of the funding we receive.

What is SVT?

Since 2003, Snoqualmie Valley Transportation has been your local bus company.

We provide door-to-door and fixed route service in the Snoqualmie Valley.

Our services are available to the general public, Monday – Friday (except holidays) from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

By using our services, people can get to medical care, the grocery store, jobs, and their favorite activities and entertainment.

We connect people with places. This helps people stay socially active, helps employers, helps local businesses, helps the environment and helps our community.

We are a dedicated group of people who work for the Mt. Si Senior Center with a passion for making sure that people get where they want to go in an easy, friendly and inexpensive way.

We work for you.     Welcome Aboard  Riders Guide

We strive for excellence and continuous improvement.

We are sensitive to and respect the unique qualities of people, incorporating awareness, compassion, and forgiveness into all we do.

We share, collaborate, communicate – we do not work in isolation. We celebrate the success of others as much as we celebrate our own.

We continually expand our knowledge, learning more about our clients, our professions, our world, and ourselves.

We produce reliably great results for our riders.

Our work and behavior must exceed the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
