Closures

From time to time, SVT service areas experience weather events that affect our services. Snow, flooding, wind, etc. may cause delays or cancellation of routes due to unsafe conditions.

In the event of bad weather or emergency conditions, riders are encouraged to call SVT at 425-888-7001 for an update or check our website for weather and other traffic-related updates on our routes.

Snoqualmie Valley Transportation will make every effort to keep scheduled routes and services provided our vehicles, drivers, and riders will be safe on the roads. In some instances, we may need to cancel your trip if we cannot get to you. Please be aware that life-sustaining medical trips will have priority during inclement weather if they may be performed safely.

Be sure to sign up for rider alerts so we can reach out directly if there is a change to your service.

SVT, as part of the Mt. Si Senior Center, does not operate vehicles on the following holidays:

    Snoqualmie Valley Transportation has carefully evaluated road conditions and has made the decision to open with full operations, starting Saturday, December 13th.

    This includes the Valley Shuttle (alt 629), Cedar Falls Loop, North Bend Snoqualmie Shuttle and the Demand Response services.  We may not be able to access some addressed on Demand Response routes due to continuing road closures or water over the roadway.  If your area is still affected by the flood water, please call to see if an alternative pick up location can be arranged.  Service may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.

    We will continue to post updates on our Facebook page and at svtbus.org.  You can sign up to receive Rider Alerts on our website.

    Due to ongoing flooding and road closures in the valley, Snoqualmie Valley Transportation will be closed on Friday, December 12th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our wonderful riders.

    With rising flood waters in the Snoqualmie Valley and record flooding, Snoqualmie Valley Transportation has made the decision cancel all service on December 11th, 2025.

      On years that some of these holidays fall on a weekend, the holiday will be observed the Friday before or the Monday after.
